Came in a few minutes after 6. They close at 7. Before we could order the young kid behind the counter said no indoor dining within 45 minutes of closing. Never said thank you asked us for any questions. When the food was done he placed it on the counter and said “here’s your food “. Again no thank you or have a nice day. Lip piercing must have been making him angry. Food was ok but due to the customer service we will not recommend or return. For the owner’s reference we came in on 6-26-23 at 6:08. If you let this guy go I would consider coming back and redoing my review.

First time coming here to pick up food for my work. We wanted to try something new. Customer service is horrible here, I went to grab the food before I left I mentioned that I would like to make sure that all my food that was ordered was in the bags since we had previous times ordering food and it was not. The guy that was helping at the time was very rude and said its all in the bags rudely and walked away to the back. Like you are working with customers why are you acting that way. When I got back to the office, we opened our food and the sandwiches/subs we got barely had any meat and veggies. Like why charge $9 for a sub that has barely anything in it. The food wasn’t even that good. Posted a picture below, and not worth $73. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

I’ve lived here in the falls for over 15 yrs. I’ve know about GRINDERVILLE for several years but never ate here. I did a few weeks ago and have gone back 3x in a matter of 2 weeks. It’s fast, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced and overall just a great experience each time.

We came when it wasn’t busy. The eating area was clean and ordering was easy at the register. I had a pepperoni and cheese calzone which was really good and friend had the chicken bacon ranch grinder. We made each a meal and the food was brought to us. Food was fresh hot and well seasoned.
