Add this to the list of Red Hook gems. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for drinks and the “spam and clams.” Yum!! Great service, owner is very nice, interior is cool. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, dumplings are out of this world. Vibes are great.

Came early on a Sunday afternoon. Seated immediately. It’s a really nice place. Sunday burger is very tasty. Very smooth Vinho Verde. Service is nice. Definitely a place to come back.

Every dish was amazing! What a creative menu – a burger with bacon ground up in there, chefs kiss. Love the Pea pea dumps as well. Fun bathroom. Superb service. Thanks to chef Kevin and our server Rob, We will be back!

We ordered biscuits with mushroom gravy, mushroom fried rice, and shrimp buns — and shared these in tapas style. Everything was so well done: seemed like the right amount of everything.

I just got randomly invited to this spot last night by some friends and to say that I was stunned is an understatement. I’m not kidding when I say this is some of the best food I’ve had in my life. The attention to detail and all the flavors were so good.

Google description calls this a vegetation restaurant “using locally sourced fish”, which is silly, their current menu has no fish at all. It’s darned good though, and while mostly vegetarian my favorite dish today was the “Duck and Waffles” sort of spin on Chicken and Waffles, with a perfectly done confit.

I had the Fall Fettuccine (spinach and garlic noodles). It was delicious!! However charging $24 for the amount given was absurd. I was still hungry afterward. My friend loved her meal but also felt the price was very high. Great, attentive service and food. Also clean and comfortable setting…but overpriced.
