I have always preferred Gringos over Taco Bell. I could actually taste the meat, over the lettuce, in the tacos. Today was the worst. My husband had the same with his order. I will try, one more time, if it’s the same, we won’t be back. Taco Bell has $5 boxes that taste the same!!!!

Online menu is not for the Neosho Missouri restaurant. Also the drive through guy totally got my order wrong. Even after we discussed the menu being wrong and I changed up my order to the menu at this location at the window face to face he still gets it wrong

Why is it EVERYTIME I come to this Gringos it takes 30mins to get through the line. Easily takes 3x longer in Neosho compared to any other location. The food isn’t bad, the service is friendly. However I rather serve a 4hr term at than wait in your line again. You’re trapped!
