Came in with my dad and grandma and had a pretty bad experience. Starting off it was alright. Then we got our drinks- chica morada, which lacked a bit of flavor. Our appetizers were alright but the anticuchos we ordered were a bit too overcooked. Then the problem came with our entrees. I ordered the bistec a lo pobre and asked for it to be cooked medium and I got a very well done meat. I also asked for a knife as we were missing one and I waited more than 5mins for it. We asked our waiter for the knife and he acknowledged us but then kept walking back and forth doing other things and even repeatedly left the restaurant altogether. We had to ask another waiter for the knife and he gave us it right then and there. The place was also not busy at all, there were 3 other tables there and only one was actually ordering food, and it was just a party of 1. The 2 waiters there spent more time going out of the restaurant to talk to some friends/coworkers or just staying in the back to talk to the kitchen staff. Seeing how long it took for me to get a knife, I didn’t want to have to wait for another bistec so I just dealt with how overcooked it was. It took forever to get through the dish because of how difficult it was to cut the meat and the flavor was lacking as well. Both my grandma and dad also did not like their dishes and were left unsatisfied.

The ceviche was great . The chicken soup was better . This place is in the borough. Little Peru in Patterson . Right off of interstate 80 . Big public parking lot around the corner . Fabulous place . If Peruvian cuisine is the task I URGE YOU TO CHECK OUT GRISELDA’s

The best part was the passion fruit sangria! The chicharrón was a bit overcooked though the ceviche was good. Waitress seemed to not be in a hurry even though we were the only ones there for a while. We had a second waitress halfway through our meal and she was much more attentive. The price was reasonable, $68 for everything (anticucho, ceviche mixto completo, and pitcher of sangria)

I have to say this one of the best restaurants I have been to for Peruvian food. I know many say the food is pricey compared to other restaurants that serve Peruvian food but you definitely get your money’s worth

No stars given. Horrible service. The waitress was rude. She was arguing with two other customers then she came over to our table and was upset and seemed aggravated and aggressive. We left the restaurant immediately.
