This lil restaurant is tucked in Pleasant Hill Missouri off 7 hwy. The homelike atmosphere is welcoming and the price and quality of the food was impressive. Even with a special request of my meal preparation was met with complete acceptance. A different special every day, I’m looking forward to another meal.

The service is good. The food is good. Friendly staff. This is a very clean place to eat. The only complaint I have, is the overwhelming smell of Grease. When you’ve left and you get home and your clothes smell like the restaurant you were in is not something that I find appealing. I wish they would get a better Hood in their kitchen. I love how the owner gets into her holidays and decorates accordingly. The grits are out of this world! So, so, good!

My oldest son treated me to breakfast at 7 am. We arrived and we warmly greeted, our drinks were given quickly our order was taken. Anticipation set it… we could smell the food. My mouth was watering. Delicious!!! The owner Grace checked on us and was such a sweet woman. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Grits n Grace for the wonderful service,food and experience!!!

The owner is always there and comes to your table and checks to make sure you are happy. The place is Very clean. We have had there hamburgers that are high quality local farm raised beef. Not your processed hormone injection unhealthy that everyone else does. Your stomach will Thank you. The seasoned fries are yummm. Can we talk about the onion rings. very good. Decided to try this place as something new and was not disappointed! My girls loved their meals as did I. Great portion and the service was awesome. The waitress and the manager were both super nice and checked on us often but not too much. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I love this restaurant. The food is amazing. The shrimp, the tacos and soup. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy. I could go on and on, and on. I love Gigi to pieces. She’s such a hard-working woman and so friendly. She takes the time to come to your table, and every table for that matter to say Hi and confirm your enjoying your meal. Amazing wholesome good family style cooking !. The staff are impeccable and amazing and attentive. The owner is a very pleasant and down to earth person. She’s always visiting with everyone and helping when needed. The fried pickles and every thing else is out of this world !!!!
