Go for dinner. They dont turn grills on until after 4pm, so sorta limited to salads and two kinds of burgers. Burgers and apps cooked well. Lunch was $70 for 4 of us with no alcohol.

Service was far from friendly frankly somewhat rude; our waitresses average response was a flat no. My friends and I came in for the martini special and apparently you have to now buy a meal to get the special and there is a limit of four drinks. The special is not really a deal if you have to buy food that is overpriced for the quality. Probably won’t be back.

Went with my son’s hockey team last week, waited 1.5 hours for food that never showed up. Was asked by three different servers what was ordered and the hard to make bacon cheese burger never made it to my table. All other parents and players ate, some even had two entrees. Inexcusable, will never enter another Ground Round willingly. . . Forgot to mention, they were even gracious enough to take the burger off of the bill, how nice!

I’ve had good & bad experiences here. I’ve gone here a few times and my food was overcooked, bugs in my drinks, and the service seemed understaffed. Though, I’m not a person to dwell on the negatives. I still continue to go here because I enjoy the happy hour drink specials, friendly bartenders, weekly food specials, karaoke and free wings on Fridays.

The service was slow I didnt care much for the conservation with the server who was complaining about her boyfriend after we asked how her day was there was 5 people on the restaurant at the tables and 3 servers and took 20 mins just to order our drinks. I ordered a bloody Mary that was no where near close to what a bloody Mary is I ordered chicken alfredo the chicken was not cut it was place as a whole piece on top of the pasta We also ordered steak and shrimp she did not ask us how we wanted it cooked and had to tell them several times what we wanted before it even went to order. It came out blood raw rare we asked med rare My daughter ordered the kids pizza it was very doughy and soggy in the middle We waited an hour for our food and 30 mins for our check we were never asked if we wanted refills ect. The server seemed annoyed with us we did not feel welcomed at all. I would choose McDonald’s next time.

Wasn’t a fan. Burger was very average if not less than. Salad bar was kind of sad and lacked variety. One thing I though was pretty bad was that the menu was not updated. My meals were each about a dollar more than stated on the menu.

1st time here. Was seated by a young gal who stated she would bring us water and popcorn. Didn’t receive. Order taken by another gal who brought us soda. Everyone around us got popcorn and water. Then waited for salad plates. Didn’t come. Had to ask. Pretzel sticks should have been wet w water so the salt would have actually stuck. Paid 5$ for dried up pretzels, a plate of salt and some sad cheese sauce with under cooked bacon. Waited for drink refills. Didn’t get. Waited for check. Didn’t get. Asked for boxes and gave the waitress money for the bill we have yet to see. Waited, standing no less, for about 10 mins before we were given our change. Sad thing is…it wasn’t even busy.

I won’t be back. When I pay $47 for two steaks I hope to get a nice salad, which I did not. The lettuce in the salad bar was almost gone, and what there was left was the white core piece’s that should not be in there in the first place. Very discussing. The shrimp was very dry and overdone.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The whole reason we stayed at the attached hotel is because it had bar/restaurant on site. We were in town for a funeral on June 3rd and it was my birthday. We had a table of 5, two of us ordered the ribs and when they arrived they were cold. We asked for them to be heated up and they came back just as cold. The meat did not come off the bone easily and the flavor was bland. Tried to order the fried green beans but they were out and we were not told that until after we had been there 20 minutes. My friend ordered the steak with asparagus and bernaise sauce. 10 minutes after taking the order the waitress came back and said they were also out of asparagus. We were already getting disgusted with the lack of service so she said it was fine, but no credit was offered or given nor any option for another veggie. The other 2 at our table ordered a burger and the chicken alfredo. The burger turned out good, but the alfredo was bland. We also ordered drinks. The cherry colada was also very bland and tasted like crushed ice with a hint of sweet. Not worth the money. The hurricane was much better. It was a Sunday evening and it was very dead and lightly staffed, but that doesn’t excuse the absolute fail of a meal. If the staff wants to put in 50% effort, then the customers should get a 50% discount or a warning at the door to go elsewhere.

I took my grandkids and their Mom to dinner. We waited quite a long time for the food. When it arrived it was all burned and crisp. I asked for the manager and as soon as he saw our meal he comped the entire meal. The manager was very nice the wait staff was also very nice but seemed to be new.
