Sat down to eat and have drinks with friends manager Luis was rude and made me feel uncomfortable to the point I didn’t want to be there anymore. After words with him he made us get up and sit inside under the speakers said under his breath (we like it loud right) not to mention I am a women of color this is my second time having issues with him he needs to be gone from there. bar is a great place to chill and eat …will not return until I see the racism gone

Nobody should have to stand for 45 minutes drinking a beer in a very hot atmosphere and be denied fresh air in the patio which was apparently closed. Just horrible. And this is from someone in hospitality for 25 years. Unfortunately we were told we couldn’t stand outside in the patio AFTER we bought our beer, otherwise I would have just left.

My friends and I came here Saturday, I was asked to remove my bucket hat while others wore hats. The host stated “that they was here before me and the hours of operation is coming to close.” Get that but my hat has nothing to do with that, I did because my friends and I was hungry and had a long/great night just wanted to end with some food. The food was good but the service you can tell who want you there or not they will make it uncomfortable. We waited for a server to take our order that was long, then felt like we was being rushed to eat they kept coming to our table and removing things while we were still eating. Great food though but I won’t be back.

A neighborhood spot in the center of down town jersey city?? Yes please! If you’re like me and walked passed this place time and time again, don’t keep making the same mistake I made. The prices are great, the beer is cold, the food is top notch, everyone is friendly… what more could you ask for? Check out their weekly specials, wing night, taco Tuesday, and country night are definitely my favorites. Plenty of drink specials to keep the party going any day of the week!

A couple days ago my friend made the unfortunate mistake of to go out to this location. Not only did they rush her out of the bar with a dead phone (she asked the bartenders for a charger) but they also showed little to no regard about the dangerous person she was with. The bartenders working that night gave this dangerous man kitchen utensils without ordering any food which he took out of the bar. How can you call yourself a respectable establishment without taking into account of the safety of your patrons. How can you let someone, who didn’t order any food, take out of your place silverware that he could have used to hurt himself or others. Will never attend an event here or even get a simple drink for that matter.

I was on a date with someone who unfortunately started having some sort of mental health episode thinking that everything was a set up. Instead of letting me charge my phone so I could call my Uber they forced me outside with that same person who ended up stealing the keys to my car and house. I’m stranded outside due this place’s negligence. I wonder if my skin was lighter if they would’ve actually cared and protected a young woman. I would recommend this place to absolutely nobody I can’t believe how heartless they are.

We went here for the happy hour. Loved the $2 draft beers! We liked the veggie taco, the chicken tacos can be more flavoured. Excellent staff and quick service on a Friday night. Smart use of the sitting area, making it a cozy but comfortable space.
