just received my doordash and was entirely disappointed. the ‘meat and quesadilla’ came with completely unseasoned chicken and the cheese was half melted. the burrito also had bland, plain chicken, and was missing half of my ingredients I ordered. Instead of pico de gallo they just used diced tomatoes and nothing else. Instead of corn salsa they just put canned, plain corn. Lastly, the burrito was completely cold although it only took 13 minutes for the food to be picked up and arrive here. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable.

The carnitas rice bowl is delicious! I only wish the onions and peppers weren’t cut so large since I typically don’t have a knife with me to cut them, they are extra large slices. I would also like an option for black beans as an option. Our bowls were also not warm which is fine since we could warm them up at home. I went to the drive through which I had no idea was no longer an option and when I went in the gentleman working spoke little English and I do not speak Spanish so that was a bit of a barrier when I had questions about options. Overall, the food is good if you find an option that suits you. I would love a half order option as the bowls are huge and I could literally have it for three meals. The atmosphere is clean and everyone is very friendly. I agree with the other review, I wouldn’t recommend the chicken, it’s salty and looks like pressed cubed chicken but the carnitas is delicious.

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff but the food was not very good. The chicken had a seafood taste, like shrimp. It also had the appearance of bagged cubed chicken you’d buy in the frozen food section of a grocery store. Wasn’t hot or grilled. All of the other ingredients looked and tasted great, the chicken was just very off-putting. For 2 burritos at $22 it was disappointing, especially since my wife and I only finished half of our burritos. If I were to try it again I would definitely get a different meat.

I work in New Richmond and live in St. Paul but try to hit this spot when I can. I really wish they had MN location. The service, consistent quality and ingredients are always wonderful. I pop in for quick to-go Burrito here and there. I have never used the drive thru but probably should. They’re FAST. Such a little gem in N.R.

This is a cute little place with fast, friendly service. The food is fresh and decent. Most will be happy as long as you don’t go expecting it to be chipotle. You might even find you like some of the things better. Check out the veggies.

Satiating In every sense. Many places have decent food, but most don’t hit every every note when it comes to providing freshness and taste. Guac N’ Roll provides something where every part of the meal is fresh and delicious enough to be used as a meal of its own. I ordered two burritos and tres leches, all of which were delicious.

I had been wanting to try Guac N’ Roll for the longest time and we finally stopped in today for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. Food was tasty and fresh and we got a piece of tres leches cake to take home and it was delicious.
