First experience. It was really good food. I need to brush up on my language because that was the only barrier to excellent service. It was 3 adults and 1 kid 7y.o. and they applied a 20% gratuity. They said the reason was my bill was over $100. Not sure, couldn’t get a straight answer from the waiter. I am a damn good tipper but don’t force it on my bill. The waitress brought me out the wrong meal because she didn’t understand what I was asking for, but everything was new to me so I just kept it and it was really good. She never came back to my table because we had a hard time understanding her. That pineapple dish was really good.

Everything from the meal to the drink was great. On top of that the staff was very quick and polite. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and sat us down right away. I have to say the shrimp were very fresh as well. Nothing to complain about at all.

The best Mexican restaurant in Syracuse that we’ve been to yet. The Tacos Al Pastor are very flavorful. The Enchiladas Verdes are also flavorful and authentic with a good amount of spice. The atmosphere is fun and energetic and our server was kind and very accommodating.

For our anniversary our family decide to eat there and when we got there (party of 8 w/ 2 kids) they put a table together then we was told they couldn’t do it to either leave or come back later the guy waiter told us it was fine we can be seated the food was alright service wasn’t good doesn’t work well under pressure my opinion

Food and margaritas were good. They automatically add the tip to the bill so you don’t get a say in what you tip. There were four of us two adults and two kids. Additionally, pretty sure they are in violation of NY state law, General Business Law 518 when they charge more when using a credit or debit card.

Visited here as they were one of the few places in the area where I could find tortas since moving from down south and left completely unimpressed by their tortas as a whole. Especially by the bread which is normally a standout when ordering these in the past from other restaurants. About the only positives I have is the place is clean and the tortilla chips and salsa were solid.
