The Guapo is a super nice guy, but he’s isn’t the only reason you should go. The food is amazing! Al pastor burritos were silly good and the chips and salsa were the bomb dot com. I love “lemon-y” salsa and this was it. Don’t let the location fool you. GO IN and get your grub on!

Read some great reviews about the chef at Guapo Tacos me and my friend first time eating here. It’s inside a gas station but well worth trying their delicious authentic Mexican food. I ordered the El Borracho Taco it is on a 6″Flour Tortilla, with Sweet Pineapple, Habaneros,Guajillo,Creama,Pico, Roasted Corn. My friend ordered the Luchador Burrito with Rice, Beans, Lettuce,Pico, Roasted Corn, Cheese,Sour Cream and a order of Chips and Salsa Jennifer was very helpful to let us know what to order we’ll be back soon!

I was so excited after reading the reviews but was really let down. My wife’s tacos that were supposed to have “queso fresco” just had a bunch of sour cream. The elote was mostly just mayo/sour cream as well. My taco and veggie burrito were good, but…

Had a local recommend this gem and it was well worth the visit. Don’t be turned off by the fact that it’s in a run down gas station… the tacos are flavorful and delicious! Would visit again.

We got a barbacoa torta and 2 tacos al pastor. Everything was really great and fresh. The salsas are spicy and flavorful. Not pictured was an excellent agua de Jamaica. They take credit cards and have a small indoor area to eat (inside the gas station).

Good tacos AND good salsas which is a rare pair to find with other tacos spots. It’s inside a small convenience store which may be a new experience for most but don’t let that discourage you! This is authentic Mexican food. I will definitely come back again!

Don’t let the location worry you. I questioned it when I first arrived. However, once I tasted the food, all worries were gone. The service and food were excellent! I had barbacoa corn street tacos and elote. It was delicious. He has a lot of awards to back it up. Bring cash.

i was so excited to try this place based off the reviews but was super disappointed. the service was friendly. we ordered the birria tacos and the consume was practically water with cilantro and onions. the tacos werent what we expected and the AC in the place was not working. we were dripping sweat. the vegan horchata was made “fresh” but it tasted like cinnamon water. im sure the other tacos are probably good, just not the place to order birria.

I went through a taco-tasting year in 2020, trying every possible taco restaurant, stand or food truck in Fort Worth. Guapo won. This is my go-to for every kind of taco craving! Whether you like bírria or street tacos, you’ll be delighted with your meal. They do bírria and street tacos equally well.
