Outside of the place being over-priced, the dude was very rude and should choose a career that doesn’t include dealing with people.

Ist of all if you dont pay with cash they add on for using your card. Pizza was hot at pick up. Then they ask for a tip. The pizz supposed to be a large but slices are small. Not sure that there is tomato sauce on this. Toppings are good but come on for the price you could try to get closer to the edge. If I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered them. This is a NO for me.

I love their pizza. However, they just sent over a 14″ pizza when I ordered a 16″. Upon calling, he asked what size the box is (16″). Fine. He then stated he is looking at the order and it shows a 16″, which I don’t deny…I definitely ordered a 16″. Ultimately, he didn’t offer to make it right in any way.

Went here for the first time and ordered a large pizza with chicken, feta and spinach, as well as the cinnamon bread. It was still very warm and fresh when I arrived. It was flavorful and perfectly full of each topping. Only suggestion would be to add more sauce on the pizza next time, or ask for extra sauce when ordering. Other than that my husband and I very much enjoyed it!

Never ate here; some clown driver in a little red SUV was in my apartment complex at Stone Ridge Apartments and just blowing through the stop signs without any care in the world. If these are the caliber people they hire as drivers I’m sure they care even less when they put your food together. Be warned.

I would like to file a complaint on the male worker that was working from 11 AM until past 3 PM today (8/1/23) This worker refused to provide service to Sams Club when we were prepared to place a humongous order for our Associates.. we called the store around 11 AM and requested for delivery. We were asked our name we told them “Sams Club” which we have done in the past by us when doing this for our Associates. We are not always sure exactly who will be able to pick up or sign for the order, considering it might be any one of our salaried managers.. the guidos associate that took the call was so extremely rude and when asked to talk to a store manager he then placed the call on hold and never returned to the call when we called back we were hung up on twice, causing us not able to place the order for our associates because of the inconvenience with ordering over the phone we then had another manager go into the store directly to try to place the order and the worker than refused Sam’s Club service and walked away from the counter. He refused to give us his name and was extremely upset…Sams Club has done quite a few huge order with Guidos in Novi, and we in the past loved our relationship however this situation will highly reflect future orders placed by us we are hoping that this is not the end and that we can get this resolved ASAP. Thank you so much!

Wow, this Guido’s is so incredibly bad. It’s so bad and overpriced that it makes a cheese slice from Little Caesar’s at a Red Wings game sound like a fantastic deal. Food quality is so terrible I’m not sure if you can even say the word “quality”. Whoever made this pizza should tip me for eating it.
