I’ve been working literally next door to Guilford House of Pizza off and on for a couple of years now and have enjoyed going in for an occasional nacho plate or salad … but I never thought to ask if a gluten free pizza was available … until yesterday … and the owner tells me she isn’t advertising it yet … still researching the best GF crust … but she graciously made me a pizza with one of the trial crusts … I agree, the crust isn’t “there” yet but the pizza and just all round very nice people behind the counter are special.
