Hands down one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. Decided to give it a try based on previous reviews and glad we did. Don’t come here expecting your standard run of the mill adaptation of a pizza. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The outer edge of the crust was airy and chewy and the front was thin and crisp and perfectly baked in their brick oven. It reminded me of pizza we had while visiting Rome. I had the Don Corleone, wife had BBQ Chicken and our daughter gave the pickle pizza a try. None of us were disappointed with our choice. Didn’t try any of the desserts because I was full but they had some very interesting options and what we saw looked great. Would love to try the carbonara pasta the next time but I don’t know if I can pass up the pizza. Seriously, this is one of those places that you will go out of your way to visit. We come over from the west side of the state to visit our daughter and I can see Gulino’s being a must stop every time we’re back here. Great food and great service.

Great pizza, friendly faces. It is exactly the pizza I was looking for! They deliver, though if you are able to pick it up you may be greeted with big smiles from the counter and the kitchen along with a heartfelt, “Thank you!”, like I was. I ordered online to schedule the pizza for a later time ’cause I was driving into town from Harrisville and would take a couple hours on the road (there was a small “convenience fee” added by the payment processor for doing it that way) it worked great! They made the pizza and had it ready right on time… in fact, a couple minutes before I arrived…yum!

Hard to imagine a better pizza! Perfect crust that was made with a lot of expertise and love. Wood fired oven and great ingredients. The Gulino’s are also such nice people and greet everyone warmly and you can really feel that care in their food. We had the special which had pepperoni, corn and avocados. I couldn’t stop eating it even when I was full. And we finished off every part of the fantastic crust. We also had the key lime panna cota and it was perfect…so we had two!

Perfect pepperoni pizza. Crust was fluffy and light but crisp on the bottom. Good sauce and flavorful cheese. The right ratios. The curled pepperoni were small chalices of sweet, hot oil. Deliciouso!

Mama Josephine was so welcoming and gave us the back story of the place. Showed us pictures from back in the day on the wall. Nice husband and wife duo in the back! Highly recommend the Margherita and the Nutella pizza for dessert. Made my husbands whole birthday today finding his new go to pizza spot. My husband said he will not be ordering from anywhere else from now on.

Not exaggering when I say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Pizza nowadays is so expensive and so nasty, it all tastes like soggy cardboard but this was amazing! The dough is so crunchy like a fresh loaf of bread, they load on the toppings, the taste is immaculate, great cheese pull, very filling; I could go on! Definitely stop by this little hole in the wall in bay city. Worth every penny, and leftovers heat up wonderfully in the oven.

Fantastic pizza place – I tried the Foccacia bread as a starter, the portion was large and the flavor was very good. For my main dish I tried the Don Corleone pizza, again the personal pizza wasarge in size, all the ingredients were fresh, and the crust was delicious. Looking forward to trying other pizzas!
