Best pulled pork in AZ. Would like to see sliced brisket instead of pulled, but delicious nonetheless. The potato salad has soul in it. The area between Hereford and SV now has three amazing newschool restaurants. The owner has local food trucks and shops that utilize the same space. A definite must go if someone wants bbq, another wants pizza, and a hangry person wants nachos.

The food is amazing! We had the pulled pork and pulled brisket. It was so good! Since it’s newly opened, there are kinks but the owner, Louie, makes your experience fun! Thank you for the best bbq I’ve had in a very long time. We will be back!

3/31/23 Gunny’s food truck at Tombstone Airport event. Delicious-Marvelous-Incredible pulled pork! It doesn’t need sauce but a nice addition. Sauces are amazing but meats can stand alone. Also what a incredible gentleman!

Was traveling from Indiana and stopped at the Mescal Movie Set. Several food trucks were set up and we had the 3 meat keto selection. Excellent! We would recommend visiting this truck anytime you see it.

Attended a cowboy mounted shooting event in Tombstone, AZ, this past weekend (11/26/22). Got hungry and wandered over to Gunny’s trailer. Ordered a brat, brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken for my family…everything was outstanding. Gunny’s sauces are a perfect complement to his meats and if I could have bought a case of his Smoky Applewood sauce I could have gone home happy. Gunny is a terrific person who knows his stuff. You can’t go wrong.
