I called in an order they told me 25 minutes so okay I showed up 35 min later got there still waited another 10 min. Once I got home and opened box it actually looked like someone took a bite out of my pizza I was so disgusted. If your going to order here check your order before you leave.

Tasted quite horrible. Very disappointing. Burnt pizza crust and burnt ill flavored overcooked sauce. My order was wrong, but I looked past that. Being that it took so long to be severed I just went ahead with what I was plated. Waited over an hour to get the check. The manager did not provide assistance, however after flagging a random server (Hence the one star) I got my check and was able to leave. Never again. I do not recommend.

Honestly it’s a great place. The weight is just horrible for food. The longer this place is here. The longer the weight gets great food. Great selection. Just wish that the weight would be a little less. The last time I was here we waited almost an hour for food and we waited about 20 to 30 minutes for a check. I went in to place a takeout order. I had to wait awhile finally she bought my pizza out. When I bit the pizza I noticed a funny taste. Well I couldn’t finish it and threw it away. Next thing I know I’m throwing up and boo boo everywhere. I had food poisoning, I’ve never had it I was so sick for 3 days. Stay away from this place I’ll never eat there again.

The food and waitress were great! It gets three stars because the hosts were horrible. We walked in and they said hello but quickly turned back to their own personal conversation. Then they were continuously on their phone and running around the restaurant with phones out, not paying attention to guests.

My kids love this pizza, so I hate to do this. Last 2 times we’ve went, the waitresses were SO rude. This last time our waitress made us have to go search for her to refill our drinks, get us a pizza spatula(she brought the pizzas out and just walked off), and my kids needed sauce. She was busy flirting with the 4 married guys at the bar table and after I approached her to ask for those things her attitude with us became super uncomfortable. No manners, no smile, almost looked angry with us and wouldn’t say much. I still tipped her accordingly, but wow. Service has really gone down nowadays. Doubt I’ll be bringing my kids back. So much for a family environment.

Waited for almost an hour for order I called to pick up. By the time I got the food, it was cold. I asked for traditional pizza crust and got deep dish. The chicken sandwich was really bad and hard as a rock The staff never apologized for the wait either. They just gave me the food and moved on. . This was my 2nd time to order takeout from here. Both times were underwhelming. Clearly need more capable employees and train the ones that are there now.

Ordered a take out pizza over the phone. When I went to pickup order it took 10 minutes even for someone to come out. I got the pizza took it home. I ate two pieces started on my third piece when I bit into something hard. At that point I wrapped the piece up not knowing what it was so I took it back. When I got back to the restaurant I ask for the manager. He came out I told him the situation. He proceeded to tear the piece apart to see what was in it. Smh unbelievable it was a screw baked into it. I wish I could post the pictures to this but I am on my Facebook page

Well first experience not so great. Ordered to go a gf and a Chicago style. Chicago style looked like it got thrown in the box at 100mph. They chatged me for 3 pizzas. And they made the gf wrong so they made another and gave me both along with a refund of one. But both of the gf were incorrect. So my husband is now waiting for mine to be remade and his Pizza is getting cold. Not sure if I’ll be back. Shame.
