We used to love Gus’s pizza but sadly it has gone downhill. Our last pizza we got (pictured) was1/2 crust and 1/2 pizza. This has happened the past few times so it doesn’t appear to be a one time incident.

I ordered a Door Dash tonight and I won’t order again. I used to absolutely love Gus’s but my salad was horrible! How do you screw up a salad? Well, it was all lettuce. 4 beets, a few onions, and barely any feta. What the heck has happened to this place?

What happened to the Brighton Gus’s? We ordered a pizza, mostaccioli, salad, and breadsticks tonight and everything but the breadsticks was terrible. The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way and had sauce on 50% of it. Pretty bad when kids won’t finish a slice. The salad had lettuce that tasted like SOAP.

Very disappointed with my experience at Gus’s today. Went into the store and ordered a ribs and chicken for 1 meal with a side of ranch. Told me it was going to be ten minutes. 30 minutes later, it was finally ready. I looked in the bag and didn’t see my ranch, so I asked about it and the girl working the counter gave me an attitude and made me pay for the ranch I had already placed an order for. I get home and the ribs aren’t in the bag either. My dad drove 20 minutes all the way back up there to go get them and the girl working the counter gave him a complete attitude and was talking bad about him to the other coworkers in the back about how he was rightfully frustrated after not getting the ribs. Absolutely ridiculous. Used to love coming here and now I won’t be coming back. Extremely terrible customer service.

I gave it a shot cuz they had good reviews!…NEVER AGAIN!…pizza was bland as heck! Soo gross! It was missing all sorts of things! Super dry and probably the worst pizza ive ever had!…I never thought u could mess up pizza till I tried this place! The bread sticks were ok, dry as well! Super bland as well! WAAAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality they have!…NEVER AGAIN!
