I’m literally so annoyed it’s not a joke! The other night I ordered food from here off Uber eats. I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and one order of stuffed jalapenos when my food got here I received none of that but instead they sent me fried mushrooms fried zucchini and pickles! I tried to call the store! 1st time no one answered! the 2nd and 3rd time they kept instantly denying my phone call! they knew they had messed up my order! On top of it all to get a refund I had to contact Uber support just to be told I’m not eligible for a refund even tho I have picture proof my order was wrong! This was a completely horrible experience and I will never order from here again! Very very unprofessional! Please people take your money somewhere else this place doesn’t deserve it!

Good tasting food but not like other Gus’s around the valley. Location a little iffy and the dine in experience was ok. Good lighting but didn’t feel like a dine in restaurant. People were mostly picking up orders. Great customer service though.

The medium Hawaiian pizza was delicious, the crust was outstanding and the perfect size the same for the veggie and the wings were the perfect amount of hot. So glad I tried this place out!!!! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE BIG CHAIN PIZZA PLACES. Thank you for the great service.

The food was INCREDIBLE, however the service was not good at all. The man working the counter was not friendly at all, seemed bothered by our presence and when I asked questions he just pointed at the menu with an attitude. I arrived at 10pm on the 4th of July which was a wed and they were supposed to be open til 11or 12 I believe and my family sat at the table as I ordered. Although this is a very large restaurant it is quite empty and stark white. Not at all in inviting, unfortunately. I live in buckeye, 42 miles away which was just over an hour due to traffic. We enjoyed our local Gus’ pizza the last time we had went which was about 2 months ago (the first time) so we were visiting this location based on the reputation and experience of the Goodyear location. Unfortunately as I was called to get our food I noticed it was all packed in to-go containers. Confused, I asked, “can we not eat here?” And the man said, “no we closed at 10.” Which I found odd since I came in a few minutes after 10 and he never mentioned closing early to me. Had he mentioned that eat in was no longer an option I would’ve taken my family elsewhere. I am on social security, I barely make ends meet, and going out to eat is a privilege we don’t get to do anymore. I LITERALLY SPENT PHONE BILL MONEY ON THIS MEAL in order to treat my kids on the 4th of July. I will not have a phone for the entire month because I chose to buy this meal, and then the worker dryly, and unapologetically tells me, “yeah, well it’s the 4th of July we closed early” as have been actively ordering past 10pm… SO, an hour away from home, now almost 11pm, I have to eat in the car with a 1 year old and an autistic 11 year old who don’t understand why we can’t just eat at the restaurant. I’ve never been so disappointed. It took everything I had not to cry when my autistic little sister (I raise her since our mom died) said, “well even though it’s hot out here and we can’t eat inside, you still had us a good night sister. you still tried your best.” So yeah… It may not be a big deal to some, just a large pizza, wings, and cheese sticks, but when it’s choosing between necessities to buy it, and it goes wrong, it sucks. I just wanted to make memories and keep some sense of normalcy for my kids since we’ve experienced so many changes this year, so for me, it IS a big deal.

OK I’m editing my review. After initially tryinh them out when the first opened it was legit good, pizza and wings. But a few times after and something changed. The quality of the pizza went downhill, wasn’t as good anymore. Then about a month ago the grade for the restaurant went low, read the food inspectors reports about them not cleaning their equipment and finding roaches. It makes since, if they’re slacking then of course the quality of the food is too. Difinitely not trying them again. Good luck though if you do.

So I said I would give a second chance I Ordered 18 inch cheese pizza and fried zucchini and cheese sticks last night it was the bomb the pizza was perfect it was a 10 thank you the Fried zucchini was perfect 10 but the cheese sticks I think we’re a little over cooked no cheese when you bit in to them but you still get a 9 for this order I still love your pizza. pizza last night. I love gus pizza but it was late and when I opened the box it was burnt I have never had bad pizza from here before but someone drop the ball and let it leave the store, I will give them a second chance,

I have never eaten here, I was reading the reviews right now because my mother is going to order from here. I just wanted to say that it’s refreshing to see a business who can apologize and take accountability for the negative reviews they receive. Not a lot of businesses will do this, or much less respond. I know what it’s like to run a business, and sometimes u just have to say u are sorry, and try ur best to make it up to the customer. It’s about the food, but it’s about the customer service as well.
