I only gave them 3 stars because the waffles were great. I ordered the big breakfast which came with scrambled eggs, grits, sausage & waffles. Whatever oil they used to cook the grits & eggs overpowered the meal and it tasted like I was eating seafood. I couldn’t finish my meal & had to throw away more than 75% of it. I’ll give it another try with lunch to see if that’s better.

I am so upset with the service I received today. My food looked amazing but was old and tasted hard. My order was not complete. To top it off I hope the lady that answered the phone to deal with my complaint is not the manager nor owner. She has no customer service skills. She didn’t even offer me to come back so can show her what I was talking about. The batter was old on my couch and shrimp. I wish I could meet the owner. I will never spend my money there again. I was so excited when I was on my way there. What a disappointment. The red lady looks so mean and does not smile at all !!!

I went here today. I’m very picky when it comes to what I eat but the food here was fully cooked and seasoned to perfection. Gotta and his daughter are super nice and helpful when it comes to picking what you want from the menu. I will definitely be coming here again. This place is very heartwarming and welcoming absolutely worth the drive for me. Thankyou so much for your delicious food.

Today was my second experience at Gutta’s and although the first was pretty great, the second was mind-blowing! On top of AMAZING & FLAVORFUL FOOD, the hospitality and courtesy of the staff is what has won me over as a return customer. The breakfast (steak, egg & cheese croissant; corned beef hash) here, during my first visit, was awesome, but I’ve now tried some lunch (philly chicken sub) and dinner items: They are equally as delicious. NEW FAVORITE & PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION: THE FRIED SNOW CRAB IS A MUST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (You can thank me later.)

The food is good, but damn do they take long to fulfill orders when the owner is not there. Placed a salad order and waited 40 mins for it to be ready. Then the salad was missing an item and the portion was a lot smaller than usual. It’s best to order when the owner is there.
