My fiance and I accidentally stumbled upon this place when our original lunch plans were canceled last minute. Now, anytime we come to Cleveland, extra time is allowed to get pizza. Tricia is wonderful and always makes sure we are taken care of. Oftentimes she is the only one working but pizza is served hot and delicious everytime. It is worth the wait which can be avoided if ordered ahead of time. There aren’t many places to sit, but no worries if you plan to grab and go. This pizza has sweet sauce and a chewy crust that’s not too thick. I always get fresh mushrooms… not an easy find nowadays. Highly recommend!

Food is lovely. However I placed an order for delivery. They called me to say that had no drivers but the order would be ready in 10 if I wanted to come pick it up. Totally fine. I get there, and they tell me it won’t be ready for another 15 minutes after the first ten…meh. Am still waiting.

Congratulations on earning my second ever review of a establishment. Called looking to order a pizza for me and my co-workers while we’re working the evening shift. The guy on the phone asked if I had ever ordered there before. I said no. He then promptly hung up on me. No explanation or anything. I call back and the guy asks where I am looking to get delivered. I tell him. He immediately says that they don’t deliver there and promptly hangs up. This place is a few minutes away, they just didn’t want to take my order for A pizza. Open up uber-eats, the first restaurant in the nearby list is, surprise surprise, guys pizza! The staff is just lazy as hell. Ordered through uber-eats and got the pizza. It was okay, nothing special. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’ll be skipping this place next time.

I ordered via DoorDash. I waited 30+ minutes before they cancelled my order. No call just cancelled through DoorDash because they could not “fulfill” my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. A call would have been nice. Maybe I could have swapped something out. Instead I wasted time and didn’t get any food. Terrible customer service.

Had multiple problems with this place. First time I ordered.. paid over the phone.. get there to a cheese pizza not a pepperoni pizza. Well i also ordered fries which they could’ve gave me while I waited for my new pizza.. no i ended up with cold fries and a decent pizza a hour later waiting there. 2nd time I call make order go to pay over phone and now they want to be lazy and not take payment over phone… never in my life have I not been able to pay for pizza over the phone. I’m so done with this location it’s trash they hire trash people and I can only imagine how clean it truly is in the back.

I have ordered several full sheet pizzas at once from Guys in Coventry for our college student events on several occasions. The variety of options makes it possible to have tasty choices for every dietary need. We have always used delivery and have been super happy with service we have received from the staff at Guys. The online order feature is smooth and so convenient, but when I have needed “in-person” help anyone I have ever talked with is patient, personable and helpful. Last night, I doordashed 6 hot buffalo wings from them. The picture more than speaks for itself but these were without question the worst wings I have ever had. I mean were they even cooked? 1 star is way too many stars for the quality of these wings.

The pizza is always good, but the service and wait for the food is kind of silly. I went to pick up our order this last time and it was still about 45 min after they originally said our order would be ready. I was picking up a pizza and a sub. And while the food was good, and the order was correct (because I was standing there), by the time I made the 7 minute drive home the pizza was room temp, possibly because they forgot about the sandwich in the first place. They need some more training or maybe management needs to be overhauled.
