Extremely poor quality. Every part of this pizza tasted frozen (crust), canned (sauce), fake (cheese), or terrifyingly inexplicable (the slices o’mystery meat I received instead of the meatballs I ordered). This pizza made me sad. First that there are people actually selling this like it’s good pizza, second that there are people so deprived of flavor and freshness that they actually think this is good pizza, and third that I have to throw a whole pizza in the trash bc nobody wanted any after trying a piece of a single slice.

They’ll lie to your face and tell you about it. Pick up time was at 10. Got there at 10:05 and paid. Guy in a beanie tells me it’ll be 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later he tells me it’ll be another 10. 10:30 rolls around and I ask what the hold up is. Now he tells me that he makes things up all the time & they never made it. Got a refund and left. Too many other pizza places in town to deal with that.

Terrible customer service. Did not give the delivery driver all of items. Missing wings and S’mores. Blames door dash. The pizza was burnt and guyzones was burnt. Took no ownership for the problem of sub par food. Hung up on us. Needs to go back to manager school and learn some customer service. Door dash made sub par food? Never offered to remake food or doing anything to keep us as a customer.

I always order from Guys because it’s fast and the food tastes good for the price point. However, $6.99 for this salad? That’s ridiculous. I also ordered the chicken parm sub. I get that we all have our bad days but there’s hardly any sauce on it. I requested no fries but they came anyway with the meal, which would be fine except these fries are cold and stale.
