I’m from Kansas City and complain about the Portland BBQ scene…that is until I found this place. I mean, wow!!! Amazing smoke on the meat – had the spare ribs and brisket – and fantastic sauce, just absolutely fall off the bone. The macaroni and cheese was absolutely fantastic and homemade. Potato salad was a perfect compliment. Spread the word – we need to keep this place around.

This food cart is phenomenal. The pork was tender, the chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the Mac and cheese was deliciously smokey. This is the only place within almost a 20 mile radius to find Caribbean options like plantains and creole beans. The flavors represent the region so well. Dominique was the absolute sweetest, she made the experience all the more wonderful.

Had the griol plate with the addition of rice and beans and it was deliciously satisfying. The flavors were unique and interesting and the plantains were perfect. Will be eating here again!
