Hands down some of the best food! Located right off of bourbon Street, an upscale restaurant hidden amongst the chaos. There is a dress code to be mindful of! The menu is printed daily as it changes as well. Our server was very knowledgeable on the menu and explained the food in a manner you wanted to order everything. If you are looking for a night out or a place to talk business this is it!

10/10 would recommend if you are looking for some good seafood. The appetizer, meal & dessert were a HIT! The service from the whole staff was amazing . I felt so welcomed and special. It was my birthday and they sprinkled confetti on our table so that was nice of them to add in little details . Can’t wait to visit again . Just an FYI,the menu changes daily.

Food is delicious, but service tops all. Highly recommend its lobster dumpling (appetiser) and scalibut (main course). Fresh ingredients, well-prepared, and cooked to perfection. Ryan, our server, made this a 10-star experience with his exceptional service and attentiveness (not just to our palate preference, knowledge of ingredients and preparation, but went out of his way to ensure our comfort). Note: there is a dress code (call to check when in doubt).

GW Fins had great service, and the atmosphere was nice. The food was good too, but not your typical NOLA seafood. If you are looking for a more up scale dining experience and maybe even some gluten-free bread, then this is the place for you. I usually look forward to the steamed seafood in NOLA, and that was not on the menu. However, what they serve is very good.

My sisters and I came here on our last night and I’m so glad we did because the food was worth every penny. The biscuit was moist with a buttery taste , the snapper and sheephead was perfectly cooked, and the crispy pork belly with the compressed watermelon, ouuuuu soooooo delicious. All the waiters who served us were also great.

Everybody’s food was great. We had five different menu items they were all really good. The wine was well paired. This is a pretty fancy place but it is still New Orleans French Quarter so if you are insulted by bare breasts you may shy away. But if you are, why the hell are you in the French Quarter anyway?

Totally amazing ! Make sure to make a reservation as soon as you know you will be visiting ! We were not able to get a reservation this last visit so we went as soon as they opened an sat at the very nice bar and had some cocktails and appetizers ! Everyone from the host to the bar staff were so friendly! The lobster dumplings were absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back again! The bar area is very nice and spacious . Beautiful atmosphere and each day is a fresh catch so you never know what might appear on the menu that night! How could I forget to mention the biscuit’s!!!! The best of the entire trip!

GW Fins was the BEST! Everything was AWESOME! From the services to the sweet biscuits, drinks and food. Our waiter Phil, (I think that was his name) deserves a raise. He was great! The atmosphere was electrifying. All men must wear a shirt with a collar and no hat wearing in the building. This restaurant is a must try. 5 stars!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the food was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was so good, but the dry aged tuna, tempura wings and salty Malty ice cream pie were the high lights! Thank you Chef Mike and staff for an amazing meal!
