This is a great restaurant with high quality food and attentive service. The highlight was the tartare and picking a steak knife to use. The oysters were really good and the steak was perfectly cooked. I didn’t feel like the dinner flowed. The textures and flavors were all different and I did not feel like one complimented the other. Service felt lengthy and I feel the mains should have come out sooner. The staff were excellent with constant cleaning, water, and information on the menu, drinks and knives.

Michelin star well earned! We came here in a big group for my birthday and the food and service were phenomenal! We ordered a large majority of the menu to try a little bit of everything and were super impressed with each bite. Honestly, I could have just ate the bread and the butter from France all night and left happy. All steaks we had were prepared to perfection! Our waiter did an amazing job explaining everything and answering all our questions. Cocktails were on point too! Thanks to the staff for a memorable meal!

Michelin rated restaurant focused on humanely raised meat. Came here before a show at the Pantages and made a reservation online in advance for 4:30pm. Valet parking is available but you can also find 2 hour street parking in the neighborhood (so long as it’s before 6pm). They have Aesop soap and lotion in the restrooms.

Beat my expectations. We sat upstairs and the staff performed exceptionally. I absolutely loved being able to pick out my steak knife (and learn about the backstory of the knife I chose) prior to indulging in one of the best filets I’ve ever eaten.
