College taco bar. The food was ok and mostly consisted of carbs. The food itself lacked flavor and definition and could have used some acidic tomatoes or aromatic onions. For example, while the food had cheese on it, the cheese didn’t really have any flavor. You can see in the photo the lettuce was dehydrated and reminded us of Subway lettuce. The chicken on the quesadilla was so dry it was basically crunchy. Service was ok. Took our order okay but didn’t mention where to go or ticket number or anything so we were kind of confused until we figured it out. The shop was incredibly loud. I could barely hear the people sitting across from me and we ended up practically yelling at each other.

Food was great ! Service was not. Ordered to dine in and waited for our order number to be called . Our number was never called. They called out order but it was packed to go and had been sitting for at least 3 minutes. I was waved down and told that the order that was packed Togo was my order. As I went to grab order they decided to tear open that bag and take out the chips and queso that went along with my order, because they had already given me queso and dip when we first ordered.

My third time here in the past few months and have enjoyed each visit. Nice large, clear menu. The service is fairly quick depending on the line (todays line was quit long so waited about 12 mins for my order to be called, which isn’t bad at all). Had a simple order, all tacos with different protein options. Fair prices for a locally owned business. Nice to see one of the owners in the mix of it serving with the team. Also love the vibe, so I’ll definitely continue this to frequent this establishment!

My husband and I tried it for the first time. All of the food was very flavorful and fresh. I ordered the Cecina tacos. Delicious!!! My husband ordered the Asada tacos and his looked delicious and he confirmed it was amazing. We also ordered the Cecina tostada and again amazing. I love that the corn tacos which are my favorite is homemade. We will definitely be back. As you can see we were too excited to take the pictures before but we were definitely in the clean plate club!

This is for the new Gym Tacos that just opened in the Morgan St Food Hall. It’s great to have a another option in that food hall and the burrito was ! Saw someone order the Camaron Quesadilla and that looked amazing as well.

The gringas and gym tacos are seriously to die for!! We’re all for the Al Pastor meat. The regular tacos, however, they’re just average… not exactly mind-blowing. And sure, it’s all a bit on the greasy side as you might expect, but hey, we’re not coming here for healthy food anyway!!

7/29/23 update: Food is still great here. I got their chicken burrito and it was delicious. Like others have said it’s nice and toasty and a little crunchy. The sauces were very tasty. The food was quickly prepared. I will be back.
