My husband highly recommended this place…so much so that we made a slight detour on our way back to MD from PA for lunch. He ordered the New Style Gyro with lamb (no salad). What a neat take on this classic meal. It was AMAZING! It’s a small little spot, definitely plan to take your food to go. The lamb was tender and very well seasoned. You won’t be disappointed!!

So this place was recommended First of all behind the counter could use a serious cleaning I can just imagine the kitchen area, the person who took my order was using the same gloves to handle money & food. I ordered 2 gyros $9 each little chopped up meat with lettuce, onions & 1/2 a slice of tomato!! Please stop hyping up this place they are no different than all the other places raising up prices and giving little in return also they have dinning in but no bathroom to use really! Kick rock’s

Order the lamb Gyro combo, number 28, and eat the best Gyro in Delaware I have had. It is definitely worth a detour. Make sure squirt lots of tzatziki and some green jalapeño sauce on as well. Makes it perfect!

Ordering was quick and easy, the food was ready in 10 minutes. Friendly service and most importantly the food was hot and amazing. It was my 13 year olds first time trying a Gyro and he says he is hooked!

The chicken over rice was ok, but they definetly skimped on the meat, and instead put in small pieces of naan to make up for it along with chicken…..ie to add calories…can’t say I’ve ever seen that before but it was def a cost-saving move by the restaurant while they charge $13 for it…..disappointing overall.

My taste buds were doing their happy dance. Couldn’t talk because of how delicious the food was!! My partner and I googled for restaurants, we wanted something new and– Wow! This place didn’t disappoint! The gentleman, son of the owner, greeted us with a welcoming smile and he’s a very kind business man himself! Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place is great. We grabbed a to-go order of the New York Style Gyro- Lamb and the Chicken Tikka & Kofta. The food was flavorful and the portions were big. They have complimentary tea by the counter, that you can have. They also have the famous photograph- Lunch atop a Skyscraper, 1932, on display. Loved it! Would love to visit again. Definitely recommend this place.
