The Brisket Sandwich with all 3 sauces (we liked the ‘tangy’ best, but all were good) and the Coleslaw… all excellent and the people attentive and sweet – really great folks. The Brisket could benefit with just a little fat (a little too lean) and more seasoning. But we’d go back again and recommend to friends!

Very disappointed with my take out order. The pineapple chicken sandwich came soaked in the teriyaki sauce and mayo which effectively dissolved the bun. Contrary to the menu, the pineapple rings were not caramelized. The included bacon was way undercooked, soft with white fat. Not appealing. The fresh cut fries were tasteless and for the prices charged, Chef’s Quality ketchup packets are an insult. Sorry, never coming back because the food was not that good, and there was no value either.

The seafood melt was not very good at all and they didn’t put too much seafood in it in my opinion. There was also way too much sauce on the sandwich that didn’t even compliment it well. I like the deep fried brownie some what. The fried outer parts of the brownie were the best part. The actual brownie it’s self was subpar. They did not give enough ice cream on the side to mellow out such rich flavors so I had to order more. The actual staff was not very welcoming. I did not care for their attitudes but I’m also of African American ethnicity so I am not sure if I just received that vibe from them because they are not too fond of my race. Very snarky in manner. Over all I would not eat here again or recommend but to each their own. Hope others have a much better day experience there than I did.

I just had a fantastic experience here. The woman who greeted me as I came in was extremely friendly. She brought a breath of fresh air into my stressful day. I ordered the bacon avocado burger. The flavor profile was on point. Rarely if I had such a perfectly done burger. I had a side of onion rings and they came out freshly made and tasting delicious. Compliments to the chef. Good ambiance to to the restaurant, with local tasteful artwork on the walls. Couldn’t find anything negative about this place.
