The fish had the perfect amount of batter and was cooked fresh. They ask how much salt you want since everyone has their preferences. The fish are large for the price. The place looks a little old but it doesn’t matter if you get it to go. It’s in a tiny shopping center so it doesn’t get busy. Sadly it’s hidden and the food is great.

The food and prices are great. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it for both the quality and taste. The atmosphere and and service aren’t the best however, so I recommend getting your food to go. Overall I liked it and would definitely go again but this time I’ll take my food to go.

I agree with the good and bad reviews…the food is delicious, the restaurant is insane-looking, and the service is indifferent. I would still recommend H. Salt, just get your stuff to go. I think everyone involved would be happier that way.

The place is filthy, and the owners decided to take over one booth for their permanent personal garage sale of crap. No A/C either. They also can’t decide to go with the English theme or asian. It’s just a mess.
