Customer service is not their strength. Their water taste bad and their Thai tea was not the best either. I do enjoy their broth but today it wasn’t as delicious as I remember it. I got veggies for my brisket pho but they came as a side. I would pass on the $5.50 Thai tea.

The flavors here are petty good but the portion sizes are smaller than other pho locations. Service was ok here. Probably wouldn’t come back but it’s fine in a pinch. A bit on the expensive side

Not my favorite pho. I got the vegetable and tofu pho this time with the regular beef broth. The broth was not very rich or flavorful. I also got the veggie spring rolls. There wasn’t much to them and they were medocre at best. Another day we arrived 40 minutes before closing and were told they weren’t serving any more. Seriously!? Sometimes we come here because it is close and convenient but I’m not sure we’ll be back. I think I’m done with this place.

Quiet place when we came in for dinner! Service was really nice and the server knew a lot about the actual Há long bay! The pho and soups they were in were excellent! The rice plate that i had was good as well, however i did wish a little more meat on the short ribs. The salad that it came with was also great as well and the rice is just rice. Overall this is a solid place to try various rice dishes vietnamese style! Try the pho when possible! The place has really nice cozy vibe with dark colors and decorations that fit the theme!

Was hoping to find a good spot for vermicelli noodles and pho. Came here a little over an hour away from closing and was told they were only doing takeout despite a handful of tables still sitting. After taking a look around, we decided to leave. Unfortunate.

The food and customer service were pretty good. Broth was flavorful, no complaints. No wait on a Sunday afternoon, and location was nice and clean.

The new pho place just opened recently. We came here twice (both dinner time) and liked it very much. The interior is newly remodeled and beautiful. The pho broth is sweet and cinnamon-y than other pho places but I like it. We have tried several other dishes and liked them too. The BBQ meat is a bit on the salty side for my taste, the chicken is white meat so it’s on the dry side. The seasoning is good though. Overall, I enjoy coming here. It’s so close to Cowan height so we don’t have to drive to other pho places. If you like pho, give it a try.

I ordered the lunch special which included, 2 egg rolls, a large Pho bowl, and Black Tea for around $15. It was honestly pretty good, and i felt full after eating all of the food. I also thought the service was really good.

Service is quick and prompt… Food comes out quickly. Quality seemed to have dropped since they first opened. Their broth for the pho is not that great and a bit salty–it doesn’t have the aromatic beef broth smell & not flavorful–there are many other places in the OC with much better quality and much better prices. I would recommend the filet with rice, but these days it’s seems to be soggy and has way too much sauce compared to when they first opened. In addition, their cans of soda is $2.75 each with no refills–a bit over priced, especially when I can get a 12-pack at Ralph’s for this price when it is on sale. Finally, this was even a more disappointing visit only to learn that they NO LONGER ACCEPT AMEX.
