Biggest problem is the lack of host at the door. Stood there for 10+ minutes while 12 other people came in also waiting to be seated. The parking lot was crowded, but inside there were 6 empty tables just up front. The waitress was nice and the lady that servers our food was excellent! The food was good, not awesome.

This is the worst of the Mexican choices in London. I had high hopes but it seems everything that goes in this building is a flop. The salsa is terrible and sad!!!! Got the fajitas and they came out warm. Every other place the plate is sizzling! Not here… The sides plate was cold and the lettuce wilted. The only good thing to order here is the hibachi grill…. and even Wasabi in somerset does it much better. Do yourself a favor and go to the next london exit and hit El Dorados, Fiesta Mexicana, or better still… Havana cafe.

Not very pleased with the experience or food. I understand being a bit limited with the virus issues, but the dining room was closed so all they hand to focus on was takeout orders and I was one of MAYBE 3 customers there. I got an order of the Fajita nachos, got them to my room as I’m staying in town for work and there was barely anything in the container aside from chips. The meat and toppings were disappointing to say the least and definitely not worth the $12 for the food plus $2 tip I added to the order. I would have gotten more and better at the Taco Bell next door….. Plus by the time I got my food it was pretty much cold…. I rarely leave a bad review but they didn’t even try.

Very poor service. We called in our order and when it got back to us one of orders was not made correct. I drove back to restaurant to get it fixed. We ordered 2 dinners and only got one bag of chips and salsa. So I asked for another while I was there getting my order made correctly and was told very rudely that he had sent some. So I asked for another since we are at work and are not eating together. And he said again very rudely I will have to charge you. And I had already drove back to get order fixed! $2.45 for chips and dip they give you free when you done in!!!!!!

If you are looking for authentic Mexican, look elsewhere. This restaurant is a classic example of trying to do too many things to be particularly good at any of them. Mexican and Japanese Hibachi? They really should’ve focused on the Mexican because the Mexican food wasn’t great. The tortilla chips were too thick and the salsa was mediocre. I ordered the carnitas and the meat was tender, but a little heavily salted, and the tortillas that came with it were definitely not homemade. The rice and beans were good though, and my husband enjoyed his burrito real. However, the service wasn’t great. Despite being friendly, our server took our plates after we were done eating, failed to ask if we wanted dessert, and then left us sitting for almost 10 minutes without giving us our bill. I have no desire to come back.

Food was perfect and delivered exactly as ordered ( which was with all kinds of special request)! Our server was patient and efficient. There was an error on our bill and she instantly fixed it and was back in less then 2 mins. I like good service when I’m eating out, I mean.. that’s kind of the point of going out to eat.

Was awesome. Had to wait til the next day to deliver. So went and had dinner. The portions were large and delicious. My waitress was awesome. Kind and attentive. If I need any more to drink or extra napkins, she handled it.
