I’ve been supporting this business since they opened. Always had the best sushi in town made authentically by highly trained chefs. From 2019 to 2023 they have increased their prices 50 percent. I understand the reasoning but just be aware they are no longer cheap. The service use to be good, but I’ve seen it go down hill lately, from non attentive waitresses to the lack of warm welcomes I used to receive. The food is still good.

Great sushi! The appetizers and hot sake were great too! We had the Monte Carlo, Super Crunch, Caterpillar, and Monster Crunch rolls. They were all amazing, but the Monte Carlo and Caterpillar rolls were stellar. The sake was hot even by the third cup. Thr agedashi tofu was crunchy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The fried calamari was the perfect crispness and tender.

I’ve been going to this place since they opened. I order the same thing every time and I usually love it. Well, this evening I ordered 3 tempura rolls and they weren’t tempura! I called to see if we could get it fixed and was met with nothing but attitude and they refused to fix the issue or acknowledge that they made it wrong. Sad to say, I won’t be going back. I would have brought the food back and got the correct order. I wasn’t looking for a free hand out like I was treated I was, I just wanted my correct order that I spent my money on. It’s not cheap.

I usually leave great food reviews, but we did not have a great experience. Our waitress forgot two items on our order and then told me that I didn’t put it on there. Which I did. So she didn’t check her ticket. Our food was overcooked as well. My chicken was really dry, and the salmon was super dry. We are more than likely not returning. It’s too bad because this was our first experience eating here.

Habi was always our go-to. But the last time my mom ordered some to bring us to-go, they totally got her order wrong. They gave her regular salmon hand rolls instead of spicy ones. When she was explaining on the phone to the “boss’ that there was no spicy sauce, and also the salmon that was in there had a lot of white stringy tissue, they weren’t nice about it. The boss kept saying “that’s how it is if you order a salmon roll”. Yes. But we ordered spicy salmon. Not a regular salmon. And the salmon inside was not good quality. They said to bring it back to show them but like, we already were home 20 mins away by that time. lol.
