I went online in the evening and ordered delivery. An hour and ten minutes later, my order was canceled. Now, I have no way of getting anything to eat for myself or my family, and I have to work in an hour. The order was confirmed. Pretty sure my money came off my card. I guess we’ll see if gets out back on there. Could have just denied my order BEFORE I waited an hour for nothing. Seriously. Plus, it was 19 dollars and some change, for 14 bucks worth of food. Yeah, I’m pretty upset. I usually love the food butz this time it got a one, because I never got to eat it.

Usually, they’re great. Tonight, the chicken was burnt black on one side, and the rice had that sour taste of something cooked over a pan with charred stuff at the bottom. They were closed by the time we opened up our boxes. Will definitely be back, just have to remember to check the food before we leave!

Best friend introduced me to this place and I literally crave it now! Best fried rice I’ve ever had and the meats are high quality cuts. HUGE portions… I can make 3-4 meals out of the Trio. Love Hatchi!

What a great food truck/trailer! Sometimes the food can be a bit greasy but I usually enjoy it and glad it is a local option. You can make at least 2 meals out of an order! Fast and friendly service too!
