The food was good! It came out fast. The staff was nice. The customers however….. children screaming at the top of their lungs and just an overall loud vibe.

Great ramen! I was really impressed when I tried! It was well balanced on flavors and texture. The pork belly was superb, smooth and crunchy! Noodles were perfectly cooked and broth was fatty enough for being creamy! (I had p-belly tonkotsu ramen).

Casual yet beautiful place for a nice lunch or dinner. They also have happy hour and it’s totally worth it. The food in this place is very unique, they make every dish an experience. I recommend this place for a casual date, to come with a group of friend and even for you to try it yourself.

After having tried all the Ramen toy could possibly have in Japan and having one of the best in Kyoto (Ramen Sen No Kaze) I’d have to say this is by far the best Ramen I’ve tried in town. This has exceeded my expectations when I went there with none. The Tonkatsu and Miso broth combo is just top notch. This broth was cooked with lots of time and dedication and that’s what makes a Ramen dish good or just ok. Pork belly on point and very good portion, very generous with noodles as well, so it was filling for once which is my issue with a lot of Ramen joints. Now the sticky buns with miso butter are also to just die for, I can’t even begin to explain those but just like an explosion of flavor and yummy-ness in your mouth and and must have when visiting this place. So needless to say this is now my top choice or only choose from now on to satisty my Ramen cravings.

One of the better ramen spots in Miami. We stopped by here to try out the pork belly & fried chicken bao buns, shishito peppers, the OG ramen, the hakata rament, a few beers, and sake. Everything was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions since some of the party did not eat pork, and prices are competitive with other similar restaurants! Will definitely be back here again soon!

I don’t know where to start. WOW! Just WOW! I’ve been looking for a ramen bar in Miami since more than a year ago and this is the right place! Everything was SO good. And the service was incredible. Onevis is the best server. His recommendations were AWESOME! Thank you Hachidori Team! I’ll be back for sure!

Soup base is decent. Real ramen. The pork belly was probably the best part. If you mix the rice with the soup base it’s like another meal.
