Twice I have ordered in advance by at least 30min for a pickup order and twice I have waited more than an hour to receive my food. This service is trash and food is mediocre at best considering what I was charged 20 and got a lame salad. Go to chipotle down the street where they can slap together a better chicken salad/bowl for ⅒ the time and half the price and taste better

Very mid (average) experience here. My drink barely taste like a passion fruit mojito and I wasn’t even sure there was alcohol in it. The Birria Ramen was the only decent thing I had here but even then I only ate the noodles but still worth a try.

Drive by this place a bit and decided to give it a try. Overall, it was a good dining experience and would certainly come back. Very attentive staff. They have quite a tequila selection, but I am sure my friend only ordered something normal, but the margarita was a ball buster at $20.

My family thoroughly enjoys our weekly meals at this Hacienda location. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is always top-tier. If you ever visit, ask for Naomi. She provides great service, and makes your experience worthwhile! However, lately we have noticed that is unnecessarily hot during the evening. In fact, I started feeling extremely flush during my meal last night, and had to take the rest of my food to go. As much as we love this location, we may have to patronage another location if they can’t get the air conditioning turned on or in order. This is the closest location to our house, and we love the food, service, and ambience. However, it is too hot to enjoy a meal when it feel like the temperature inside is almost the same inside as it is outside. Overall, great location but the lack of air conditioning is a deterrent.

Ordered dinner tonight and it was the worst food I have ever had. I ordered a burrito, I believe they sent a enchiladas but it was horrible. The beef had no flavor, it was still raw and watery, the sauce just taste like tomatoes, what happen to the spices? The quesadilla had no cheese how does that happen, is cheese not the main point? Look at the pictures and make your own decision before ordering. I would not it was money wasted.
