They united to make Inca Mexican Restaurant, and Hacienda del Sol, a branch of Inca in December of 1998. They decided to make a more flexible menu to share with the community.

Really nicely decorated, staff was great, I got the tortilla soup and it was pretty good. I’m from Texas and get a lot of Mexican food. This place was compatible to several I know home. Big portions so you may want to share if you don’t eat a lot.

Came here for lunch today! I was just passing through from Yakima back home, and man I was not disappointed. DELICIOUS FOOD! Wonderful shredded chicken (I’m picky about my chicken) beautiful plates, for a very good price. Wonderful service, I think I was greeted by four staff memebers! It felt awesome, leaving full and fed. I was shocked at the quality!!! It came out so quick! Extremely impressed. If I ever make it back I will be coming here again.

We were passing through and stopped by for some Mexican food. They rushed us to order and when they asked questions about the food they didn’t know thier menu very well. Very slow to get out food and when we did the kids didn’t like it, ours was OK. We walked out $88 with 4 meals and 3 sodas and the food was just average. When we got the bill we gave her our card then she said it will be an extra 5% charge to use a card. We will not go back.

Ordered 4 different plates on Uber Eats. The most apparent mistake on the order is I ordered one taco and one tamale and was sent a hard shell taco (worse than Taco Bell) & an enchilada. The other three plates were tacos and again, were all hard shell tacos with watered down salsa. Asked for utensils on the order and not even a napkin. I was happy to order “authentic Mexican food”. A true disappointment for this restaurant.
