Fajitas salad with chicken was great. Huge portion and tasty not too burnt and juicy. Guacamole looked a little too blended to be made fresh. Had some mixed cheese thrown on top which I don’t see too often on authentic. Tasted good still and the Tijuana taco was a good portion considering the price for one. I’ll be back though the chips were perfectly baked.

This is a small, cozy restaurant. I have been eating here since about 2005. Now I visit each time I travel to Anchorage. I have found the food is consistently good. The decor changed only slightly over the years in a good way. They keep modernized without loosing it’s charm.

Pretty pricey for how it looks on the outside but they have a 3.25% if you pay cash. Food was fresh and delicious. The margarita was perfect. You can taste the tequila but it wasn’t a cheap tequila and goes down nice and smooth. Service was pretty good and they all seemed nice. Small on the inside and speedy service!

We had gotten a table fairly quickly but our waitress took a while to come take out drink order but by the time she did we were all ready to order. Food came out quickly but was just not very appetizing, we ordered two fajita plates but they only brought out one set of tortillas. My husband’s tacos had to much grease he couldn’t eat it comfortably. Never going back.

Went in to pick up my delivery order and saw that I was charged more. I verified the price of what I was getting with the person on the phone. When I asked why there was a difference in price the ladies there said the menu in the restaurant is different from their online menu. I asked why didn’t you say that because that’s not what I was told and all she could say was sorry. They told me to pick up my food in five minutes. I was there less than five minutes and still waited 10.

We only had a short wait for a table even though the restaurant was full and they were preparing to set a 15 top. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s a local family owned restaurant, and they have another in Wasilla with the same name. Also they own La Cabaña down town and another location on Boniface. So swing by and have some delicious lunch or dinner.
