1st time trying it and I’m definitely going back I fell in love with the place. Food was so delicious and big portions too! I had to take a to go plate because I couldn’t finish it all lol. And the staff was so friendly and speedy service. And lastly the atmosphere and decorations of the place is beautiful and cozy I highly recommend giving them a try!

Taco Tuesdays are a great deal at $2 a taco. They’re filling with very fresh ingredients. Service can be a bit slow but worth the wait. Also had the asada torta, which was delicious. Highly recommend.

AMAZINGLY AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! We’re from Springfield, Missouri and were looking for a good Mexican Restaurant and we definitely found one! Tamales, enchiladas, queso, freshly made chips and chimichangas were so delicious and large portions! We’ll make this one of our stops anytime we come back! The restaurant was pretty much empty except for 1 or 2 other tables. A ton of door dash orders were being picked up. The food was alright. It did take a very long time to receive our order, although the chips/salsa and guacamole as well as drinks were served quickly. Some things appeared to be already prepared items(the chicken in my fajitas, possibly the shrimp as well), and the nachos were awful in appearance and soggy. Everything else, including service and atmosphere, was great! I am not sure that I will return as a customer based solely on the food, not the service or experience.

Will definitely come here again, especially on Taco Tuesday. Great plate size when it comes to rice and beans. The rice and beans are very similar to how my mom makes then and they have great flavor. Chips and salsa are great and the salsa is kid friendly. My wife had the carne asada plate and I will say it’s really different from other Mexican restaurants and a little less meat too but still good enough. The horchata is more on the cinnamon side on taste and also a little bit more creamy then liquid but still ok with me. I had the carne asada tacos and they were awesome which is why I said I will definitely be coming on taco Tuesday. The flour tortillas are a bit different then other restaurants too but still good. No sure on the size of the avocado, we asked to have it on the side and never got it but it wasnt that big of a deal. Our server Alexandra, was kind and very helpful even with small talk about the restaurant. I can’t wait to try other meals and will write another review on other plate meals. The price was about average maybe a little less. I will say one bad thing about the visit was, sadly enough you get charge for extra tortillas. It was an extra 1.50 for 3. Enjoy our pictures. Please note that we got there right when it opened so that’s why it was empty.
