Made a reservation for 2.30pm. Arrived and nobody was there to greet or sit us, so we let ourselves in until somebody saw and seated us. It wasn’t busy for a Friday during that time. I immediately told her that I had Groupon and she explained that Groupon doesn’t work for the set meal combo menu (pictured), it works for regular menu item. Keep in mind this place is not cheap! 4 different soup bases already costs $20+ however, the service and food were excellent. Sauce bar is an additional $2.99/person but it’s totally worth it! They have all kinds of sauce and condiments for you to mix however you’d like. Also, some crackers, fortune cookies, flavored ‘life saver’, watermelon and oranges for dessert. Like I said, sauce bar is worth the money. The soup that I had was mushroom, pork and chicken, spicy pork, and tom yum. If you like spicy, I recommend the spicy pork and tom yum! The restaurant was kind enough to let us bring home some leftovers that we wanted, and I don’t think many places let you bring home your leftovers (we hate waste 🙂 The restaurant does NOT reimburse your parking as FYI. Overall, I recommend trying this hotpot place and I would come back again!

What a fantastic hot pot place! The service was great and the food was delicious. I discovered the beef tendon had a similar texture and consistency to one of my favorite delicacies from street food vendors in China, the roasted pig feet. Loved that the spices matched and the flavors were spot on. The hot pot broths were all delicious and the plates were very nicely presented and all very high quality. I throughly enjoyed the snack bar as everything there was delicious. We also got to try some secret code words but learned that we needed to say it in Chinese. Luckily I had some Chinese speaking friends in my group.

Broths were great especially the house spicy, green pepper and tomato and the happy hour deal is amazing. Service was fantastic and super inviting and everything was brought out quickly by a cute robot. Do recommend!

Used to go to Happy Lamb all the time. Tried this place and it’s amazing. The sauce bar and multiple broth choices set this apart from other hot pots. Great service from staff and robots too.

This was such an amazing place to go for dinner. Our waiter (Long) was kind, efficient and fast. We came in a Saturday night so it was extremely busy but he still gave us a tour of the “sauce bar”. Great service but also great food, the beer pictured is phenomenal, and entertainment. We will be back, thank you!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by searching on Google for places to eat near our hotel. It was a fun and enjoyable experience! I immediately searched to see if we had one in Chicago. And there is one!! I hope it’s exactly like this one in Seattle. I would be disappointed if it isn’t. The food, service and innovation made the whole experience memorable! Make sure to order the noodles so you can see them stretch and pull them while they play music at your table!! So much fun!!

Would go back here again. Food and service by the servers are great. The order experience is neat because you order everything on the tablet they provide. The spicy pepper broth is a must get, by far the best broth and everyone always enjoys it. The mix of lamb, beef, seafood platter is a good mix for a group of 4 or 5. Consider getting the dancing noodle show, fun show for first timers! There’s also a robot that goes around autonomously and delivers your food to your table!

The food was delicious. The broths were flavorful, and the meat and veggies were fresh. The self-serve sauce bar was nice. There were even dessert options at the sauce bar. Beware, the spicy broth is really spicy.
