I bought Falafel over rice from the food truck and came home. when I opened it at home it does not have rice. It has only vegetables and falafel. I tried to call them on the phone shared on the google, it never worked. I could not go back as it was 2AM and I was few miles away from uptown.

Not the best halal food truck ever but it was not terrible either. I ordered the lamb over rice- love sauce but this may have had a bit too much. Large portion and flavor was ok. Service is alright. Cash only!

Honestly if you like the Halal food Truck on the corner of W trade you will not like this it’s nothing like it. I love the one on W trade but this one was disgusting and double the price. It was waaaaay too much sauce, the lamb tasted like literal bologna and there was no type of seasoning everything just tasted like the sauce which was very nasty and tangy.A waste of $15.

I have been eating from the Halal cart for over 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I consistently get the same thing, lamb over rice, because it’s delicious and I’ve never been disappointed. My spouse love the gyro and is always satisfied with the food. It’s a great place to eat. Always very clean and the people are friendly. Alhamdulillah for the cart when it’s lunch time and I want something delicious.

It was okay, not like the original halal food carts in NYC. The portion is smaller and it’s greasier and compare to NYC it’s more expensive. You get more food with $9 in nyc than in Charlotte. I got the lamb over rice.

YESSSS! Been passing this truck up too many times. Now I live on this side I stopped as I waited on the Light Rail for some dinner. Got the chicken and lamb combo over rice. Yum yum yum! I had to stop eating til I get home. So sad I passed this up so long. I will definitely be back Give them a shot. Also, they are so nice! Just an all around pleasure.

Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. They were in gboro for the Muslim Festival. I honestly probably would’ve given this 5 stars if I had simply gotten the hot sauce, without it, the food was really bland. It was cooked well, but I specifically asked for it to be spicy. Also the amount you get for the lamb gyro is not worth the price of $9. Better off getting the rice option.

One of the BEST places in Charlotte!! My husband and I always get the chicken and lamb combo, I have tried their other menu items but we always come back to this. Service is swift, the area is kept clean, and the area has lots of parking.
