My first time visiting a Jordanian establishment and I am super impressed. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the welcomed exchange between employees. Everyone was super helpful. The lunch menu was great. I tried the Lamb Shawarma Combo Plate, Baba Ghanoush, and Fattoush.

This place is amazing! The food is so good. The gentleman that helped me today (I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not) he was very nice. I noticed that he was drinking something in a tiny little glass cup, so I asked him what it was and he told me it was a Tea and he said let me let you try it and it was great. His friendliness was wonderful!

Delicious food and they know how to cook their lamb – tender and delicious. Hummus was delicious and the sumac fries (a red spice that tastes a bit like lemon is dusted over fries) was wonderful. A generous amount of pita was served along with the hummus and my photo of the plate was terrible because I had already dug in. There’s a market attached with a variety of spices and a selection of olives and dates. I also bought one of the many varieties of Turkish delight they had. Service was efficient, and the seating was clean and pleasant.

They had a variety of items available. Reminds me of shops in Dubai. I bought grape leaves and the cashier was helpful in helping me choose the most popular brand. I did have stuffed grape leaves from the bar and hummus. The hummus was good, no pita to go with it unless you bought an entire pack. The stuffed grape leaves, I had with and without meat were both bland but I still consumed with the hummus. I will go back for hard to find food choices.

Some of the worst kebab I’ve had in my entire life! I spent $27 and got what is pictured. Not to mention the rude slow service from the waitress. They only have a lot of good ratings because they offer a discount at the register if you do a review on the spot

Went to try the food since I’ve heard great things. I was greeted by the woman on the grocery store side, but didn’t get the same on the restaurant side. Woman was taking a phone as I stood at the register. Once she was off the call, she walked away to a table to take an order. I understand she was the only waitstaff but acknowledgement of my presence would have been nice. I ended up leaving.

My favorite restaurant to eat lunch and read a book. I’ve been coming here for at least ten years and I try to come once a week or so. There are so many vegan options and I always leave satisfied and happy.

Great, flavorful food and friendly service. I loved the tea and went to the market after I finished my meal and bought some of the things I liked. I’d definitely recommend. Coming back myself to keep trying all the great menu items.

Eggplant lamb special- out of this world! I love Hala’s restaurant and grocery store. I buy the highest quality olive oil, best Feta cheese in town, flower water for skin, tea, olives, desserts from here.
