USDA choice beef brisket, hand rubbed, and smoked over hickory wood for a one of a kind flavor. Available in either sliced or chopped.		 $15.00
Sausage
Choose between Polish kielbasa or jalapeno cheddar, slow smoked for an out of this world taste.		 $10.00
Baby Back Ribs
Our ribs are marinated in apricot preserves and hand rubbed with our blend of savory spices. Available in whole or half racks.		 $25.00
Pork Loin
Slow smoked pork tenderloin that is prepared with applewood and can be wrapped in bacon.		 $15.00
Ham
Our spiral sliced ham is cooked low and slow over a blend of applewood and hickory.		 $15.00
Burnt Ends
These decadent morsels come from the most tender part of the brisket. They are smoked to 200 degrees. Then cooled to touch. Then i spray them with a secret sauce and finally put my homemade bbq on them. Then it’s back in the smoker for 1 last hour.		 $25.00
