We ate inside tonight instead of take out. The food was great, service friendly and the atmosphere was nice. They dont get a lot of dine in, so it was kinda nice to not be in a crowd. We shared a salad which was amazing and had a gluten free crust pizza and regular crust pizza. Both were covered in tons of toppings and a generous portion of cheese.

I had heard stories from friends in the BG area of a pizza that was the be all end all. Sadly, it closed before I was ever able to taste its divinity. Fast forward to last week, and I was told that the pizza was back under a new name. I made the 4 hour drive and had absolutely nothing but love for this pizza. The crust was perfect, their toppings were phenomenal, and even just a cheese pizza was something magnificent. The big winner for me was the sauce, one of the best pizza sauces I’ve ever tasted.

Was so excited to try this place and ended up so so bummed out. It took town hours for our two pizzas and bread sticks to arrive. The sauce was SO spicy and the pizza was super doughy.

Tonight I was craving PIZZA… thought I would try something NEW… something local. I ordered a small cheese pizza (simple). I was excited to try the pizza that has been compared Myles Pizza in Bowling Green, and is the 2022 Pizza Palooza peoples choice award champion. As a BG alumni myself I have had the pleasure of eating at Myles and lets just say (Half Time) is “MILES” away form tasting like Myles.

Lifetime Myles fan. Was very happy when 516 opened but was very sad there was no buffalo. When I saw halftime pizza was a kin to the previous places and had buffalo it was an absolute must to come here. So I was very sad to hear they were out of buffalo. I defaulted to the food lovers/everything but the kitchen sink/big timer. The seating area is limited but very clean. Drink options consists of only bottled products. Really wish there was a fountain drink option. The pizza itself was very good. The sauce has a little bit of zest/kick comparatively. Will be coming back after I verify buffalo is in stock. The tomato bread was fresh.

We went during high school football game time so we were the only diners, several people picked up while we were there so business was good. The staff was great and on top of things. The place was clean and neat, all the employees were busy. We managed to score a couple of his brioche cinnamon rolls(will be having them for breakfast). The pizza was amazing as always. First time diner visiting from Dayton loved it.

Halftime pizza is exactly what you get for your buck! If you are looking for a deal on pizza, then your better off with Lil Ceaser. I can only say from my experiences at this shop, never disappointed and be ready to have leftovers, cause me and my crew can eat, but always ask for box ,actually we just say to go but dine in so that it’s already in box to go, lol. Enjoy and hope to see you all there.
