Best pizza in SAT so far! Always hot, fresh, cheese is excellent. I prefer a thin, semi-crisp crust. This is not that. But it is very good- thin enough, good flavor – and not sweet or salty. Red sauce is not heavy or full of sugar. A light touch all around, great flavors. Flavors ordered: Canadian bacon; Italian sausage.

This place is great at giving a dive-bar-deal without including all the gross and grunge. Sports are typically playing on the TVs, and the bar has good options for well made drinks. The shining star of this place though is the pizza rolls. Damn good deals exist all week and even without a discounted price, it’s as expensive as you can get while still getting a high quality and hefty serving. The servers aren’t top-notch so expect to have to get their attention if you need something, but they’re polite enough, just bring your manners. Great place for booze, grub, and a chill atmosphere.

We haven’t been to Halftime in a while so decided to place a pick up order. They did have an online order option which was easy but once I paid their was no receipt nor confirmation for pick up time. I then called the location and was told it can take 45-1hr to make a pizza. I was quite surprised that at 8pm it would take that long. We then showed up at 45min and find out our food was sitting there for over 25 min and was cold and hard. The pizza had no flavor, nor salt in the dough. Chicken wings were cold, soggy with it just sitting there and extremely oily. No curtesy call to say it was ready early, no email or text. We spent $51 and it went to the trash. We are greatly disappointed and will not be returning.

It’s a decent size place. The food was really good. I tried the wings, and they were crispy and very flavorful. I also tried the pizza, and it was a good-sized pizza. The service was really good and the staff was very polite. They have a couple of tv’s and a big projector screen. I would go back again soon.

I ordered a pizza yesterday with spinach on it I woke up this morning with a stomach virus. It’s my own fault because once I put the pizza near my mouth. I did smell a taint on the spinach but I was so hungry and it looks so good. I went ahead and ate it now. My lady and I have been suffering all day from eating that pizza with the spinach on it. This lets me know that there’s quality control in the kitchen that is not happening therefore. I will never eat at another half time pizza. Which is. Really too bad? Because I met a cool guy from philadelphia that made the experience great the service was wonderful that atmosphere was cool but they just made us sick.

I love coming to halftime for great pizza and cold beers! Vanessa, Jessica, Nick, Anthony, and Milton always take excellent care of my wife and I. The food is DELICIOUS! The staff is a perfect storm of eclectic awesomeness. kudos to the owners of this great small business! They have curated an incredible mix of delicious food, and AMAZING staff! Brandie is an amazing kitchen leader, holding her staff to the highest standards, ensuring delicious, hot, high quality food! It’s always smiles, love and fun. I’ll keep coming by forever! I also LOVE the fact that the owners come in and wash dishes, clean, or cook food! They are truly invested in their business, and it shows!!!
