I’m surprised at the negative reviews. I’ve been here twice in two months and staff were friendly both times. I had a drip coffee and Americano. I recommend the espresso drinks over the drip coffee. Selection isn’t spectacular, but OK for a tiny airport. TIP: They have a microwave at the checkout where the staff can heat your sandwich.

Barrista was extremely rude for no reason! A lady in front of me changed her mind last minute on her choices, and barrista ever so loudly asked her at least 3 times if it was her final answer with the last one asking her “final answer, yes or no”. Unnecessary rudeness!

Airport coffee shops are integral to the functioning of modern society. At a small airport where there’s only one option, they often get away with mediocrity, because they can. HOWEVER, Halibut Henry’s in BLI does not settle for less than excellence. Their coffee is great, and their service is top notch. Sure, there aren’t any extra frills, but it’s also not overpriced even though it could be. I love that they sell used books as well! Thank you for your service, Halibut Henry.

We fly to BLI at least quarterly and usually get a cup of coffee, sometimes a pastry. Service is usually polite if not friendly and coffee decent. However, this past weekend, the young lady was super polite and friendly and the freshly made coffee was delicious! 5 stars this visit, 3 other times. Average is 4. I am glad they are here! It makes the usually short wait for our ride much more pleasant. Thank you!

This is the absolute worst place to work. The management is completely horrible and will do anything to blame you for simple things employees shouldn’t be getting in trouble for.. very unfair work. Starla is probably one of the worst managers I’ve ever worked for and the owner of the store (Vicki) doesn’t know how to run a company what so ever. I do not suggest eating or even visiting the store. This was a horrible experience to both eat and work

While waiting for my daughters flight, I ordered a drink. It was horrible and the employee was more worried about her friend or coworker sitting in there. Then got to listen to them talking and cursing the whole 20 minutes I sat and waited. Very unprofessional

Watch that you don’t get ripped off! I added up the item cost at checkout and it did not match the total the lady told me. I asked about the difference and she said it was “tax”. 30% tax ? I asked. She took off the mystery item but gave no apology. Padding the bill for the tourist I guess.
