Excellent food. I love the entree of the lamb kebab, rice, salad, onions, tomato based sauce. It’s very delicious, it’s hard to describe. The lamb soups are excellent. The service and atmosphere are awesome too, I feel like I am in Europe. Definitely recommend. I have come here 3 times already all the way from NYC. Will definitely come back.

I’ve been here a few times now and always have a great experience. The food is always delicious and the service is great. It’s also very clean, which is important to me. I eat there whenever I happen to be in the Paterson area. Although I usually order the same few things, I haven’t tried anything there yet that I didn’t really enjoy. I recommend the lamb soup and the lamb wrap. They’re also very accomodating. I go out to eat all the time at different kinds of restaurants all over the NY/NJ area and this place not only has become my favorite Turkish restaurant, but I put it among my top 20 or so restaurants that I love to visit in the NY metro area. It’s not big or fancy, but the food and service are great, and that’s what I tend to be most interested in when I go out to eat.

I came here with my boyfriend to try some of his turkish native food and Halva didn’t disappoint. My favorite was cigkofte, the lentil soup and kunefe. If you decide to have kunefe, please order it with ice cream. Honestly one of the best Ice cream I have ever had! Also big thanks to Ali and Meric! They were super nice and hospitable! Will be Back!
