This place has new owners now and has different menu options. We enjoyed our food very much. The service was really friendly and the food delicious!!!

I thought the food and recipes were way better before the new ownership. Our general tso chicken was not spicy at all and very very sweet. It was the worst one I’ve ever had. If you love sweet though. You may like it. The beef fried rice was pretty good. Really unfortunate because the previous owners had really great recipes.

Generals chicken was 100% improved! The red peppers belong in there like normal at a good Chinese restaurant. If people want jalapeño slices in there then please offer them Tex-Chinese like they do down the road.

This is the worst Chinese food. Chicken was like rubber. Had three sushi rolls and they were all horrible. My wife got the Pork Ramen and it looked and tasted disgusting. Rice was hard. Not kid friendly at ALL. The waiter was not helpful. We will never come back here again. Hope a new place takes over and has better food and service. We live close so it would be nice but for now we do NOT recommend this place.

My wife and I ate at Hama for the first time and it was delicious! She got orange chicken and I had spicy tonkotsu ramen. The taste was exeptional and portion was good for the price. The atmosphere was nice with piano music playing and it was very clean. Will definitely return to try out there sushi!

I visit Hama Bistro every time I am in Seabrook. Nothing special from the outside and inside is just OK. But the food is very good and plentiful, and the lady who runs Hama is very friendly and helpful. This may sound stupid but Hama is “comfortable” yo me. I like the food, prices and service and always walk out feeling good. A simple but tasty place. Not a place to impress a date. Just a good local spot when you are hungry.

Finally got out of the house and my son wanted sushi. We drive by and decided to try this place. I was very disappointed. We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant and it took a very long time to get our food. They waitress was tentative with our refills while we waited. When the food was brought out (my son got box 1 and I got box 2) the chicken and beef were cold and everything else was kinda warm. The manager made us more chicken and beef but by then I was tired of waiting and got it to go. I wish I would’ve tried it before I left because the meat didnt have flavor…oh well lesson learned and we will not be going back.

1st off I rarely give 5 stars , precisely for situations like these, sometimes the food is great but place isn’t (whole on the wall restaurants) although usually the best IMO but truthfully we have to take the whole experience into our reviews……..My review is only on the Ramen … They only offer Tonkotsu (pork broth) and they only offer 3 types, Spicy pork, regular pork and I think the 3 was a vegetarian option… I ordered The Spicy and regular Tonkotsu!!! Yes I ordered 2 bowls because it was that Goooood! Noodles were made in house which is a must for a true Ramen shop(this is actually a restaurant with ramen as a option) Price was reasonable and they had a super friendly waitress, Mrs Evon (super friendly Asian lady) Restaurant was nice and clean and food was out in normal time …. Ive recently hit 7-8 of the top rated Ramen restaurants in and around the houston are and ive been let down so many times, to the point i was gonna give up on Ramen until now !!! Still dont want to even chew gum so i can keep the taste in my mouth , my lips are still sticky from the fat in the broth or maybe the pork belly IDK .. lol …. This is definitely my last stop for Ramen until someone points me in another direction…. cant wait to go back , probably tomorrow ( call ahead because apparently sometimes they run out of noodles)

They will make traditional Sichuan dishes upon request! I can’t express how happy I am that I don’t have to drive to Little China to get it now! Their American Chinese is good, too.

The food is really good, the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t bring out the food all at once, but its very delicious, the ramen is very tasty
