Initially wrote this review: Awful! It was $28 to get a small gluten free pizza delivered, that is so expensive. I am feeling really ill from the gluten poisoning I got from this place. The way I feel tonight makes me think they have no cleaning policy before making gluten or they just made mine with normal crust. Either way I feel awful and want a refund on the $28 I spent here for the tears I am shedding tonight! DON’T GET PIZZA HERE!

Went in with a large group of boys and they were most friendly and accommodating. The pizza was very cheesy and hot. I wish I had tried their Korean specialties. Will definitely go there again if I am in Hamilton. The staff was most friendly and helpful. Seems like a family business.

Not my taste in pizza, but I would HIGHLY recommend the japchae. It is a very large portion and easily sharable. You wouldn’t think there would be korean food here, but there is!! It may not be a huge menu, but the japchae at least hits the spot when there are no other korean options remotely close. The owner was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. The bibimbap was pretty good too with the same kind of meat.

We’ve been getting pizza at Hamilton house for 30 years. It hasn’t been great lately but tonight was THE WORST pizza we’ve ever had…ever. A third of the pizza didn’t have sauce and cheese on it. The crust got thinner as it went out until it was just a hard cracker at the crust…it was so thin in one spot there was a hole. Either the person making the pizza was trying to get fired or just doesn’t care. What a waste of money, it was hardly edible. Extremely disappointed and will never try it again.

Beyond disappointing since the change of ownership. While the food at Hamilton House was never remarkable, at least it used to be reliably tasty and satisfying, and the place was always clean. I was hoping the new management would succeed, both because they are nice people, and it’s handy to have a “go-to” pizza/sub shop nearby. Unfortunately, as pleasant as the new owners are, they appear to have no idea how to run a restaurant. The food is terrible, they botched my order twice in five tries, and the shop itself is disturbingly messy. It’s pretty hard to make an inedible chicken parm sub, but HH managed to do it on my last (and I do mean last) visit. I will never go there again.
