Husband and I have been on the hunt for a good burger for months with no luck. We stumbled upon The Hammered Cow and are so happy we did! The location of this place is pretty unique, the staff was super friendly, and the food was excellent!!! Try the Hammered Fries, you won’t be disappointed! Definitely will be returning!!

Hammered Cow is located inside the building called The Insider; a food court style cafeteria that has other options available. Staff was super nice and friendly. Food was freshly cooked, fries were a little cooler than I’d have preferred. A great spot to get an amazing smash burger. Picture is of the Sriracha Bourbon Burger.

Don’t pass this place up !!! Stopped here traveling on our way back from FL to MS after my husband found it googling for places to eat. A little confusing to find because you’ll pass it up because there’s no sign outside but once you find it you will be glad you did ! It’s located in a small food dining hall that has some other restaurants there too. The burgers were sooo good and fresh, the onion rings and fries were delicious as well. The service was awesome as everyone we encountered were super nice and the guy who took me order was so kind as I struggled ordering after losing my voice lol. I highly recommend, even our 9 year old son told them the burger was “super awesome” and one of the best ever.

What a great place to stop and take a load off while down visiting the USS AL. As first timers we naturally had questions and the staff and owners were kind and very helpful. The food was amazing!! We came in from Houston, TX and didn’t know what to expect! The Adult grilled cheese is the bomb! The Moo Melt was to die for. And the Build your own was freaking amazing! The fries were Soo good they didn’t need anything to go with them!!!

Omg…. if you are looking for and amazing experience with the most beautiful collaboration or flavors and ingredients please visit Hammered Cow they are one of the best burgers and Hammered fries I have ever had it’s good when you can taste the butter on the bread and burger at the same time. The cooks are very friendly and the cashier is so nice. I will give this place a up. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will come again ❤❤️ ❤️

We were traveling through Mobile on our way back home from Gulf Shores. At first we drove past the place without seeing it. We had to make the block and look very hard to see the small sign. Turns out this restaurant is located in the same building as a few more eateries, in a sort of food court style format. So don’t expect to see a huge sign out front. The burgers and fries were great, 5 stars.

This place is what you’ve been dying for if you miss the days when a burger was more than the sum of its parts…. When a burger and a side of onion rings were something special to behold! One bite and you’ll be transported back in time– before the Fast Food joints that litter our world made us all lose faith– when your burger tasted like a freshly cooked piece of meat, and the bread was delicious in its own right, and the cheese is still gooey because it literally just came off the grill.
