Got the mix over rice, the chicken was very juicy and moist. Didn’t like the lamb as much but I believe if it was cooked on the spot it would’ve been much better instead of being precooked. The rice lacked flavor; a bit more seasoning to the rice or sauce would’ve really taken it to the next level. But nonetheless it’s a great portion. I wished the meat was chopped little more but that’s just preference.

Best local halal cart in Queens! They give a heafty portion of chicken over rice! The rice is mixed with a little bit of other grains, delicious medley. I usually get the chicken, so much flavors the right amount of seasoning. The combination of rice and chicken with the white sauce hot sauce is perfect. Becareful the spice level on the hot sauce can be fire. Ask for sauce on the side. We love this spot. Even though there are other carts in this area, this one is by far the best! Love this spot!

Regardless of the food, every customer illegally double parks on the street causing traffic jams. There is a clearly parking on the side street but nobody cares and the owners don’t care about the neighborhood or community. They just want business. The 105th advised to tell the owner but last time I was there ordering the chicken over rice, both the worker and a customer laughed it off. Shame.

Been coming here for years. Their chicken over rice w/pita is classic. $6 plate will fill you up for the rest of the day. Depends on how much quantity of white sauce, hot sauce , green sauce, BBQ sauce you want to put. Enjoy!

I ordered the chicken and lamb combo from the Hamza and Medina in Hempstead and they didn’t give me any white sauce or hot sauce (not even on the side). As every New Yorker knows this dish is not good without white and hot sauce. I mean, it’s like eating a hamburger with no cheese. The Halal Guys practically made their fortune on an excellent white sauce. So, I called this location, which is located nearer to my house, and the friendly man on the phone didn’t speak much English but said yes to everything I asked lol, so I drove here to get some white sauce and hot sauce for my food. With the help of another person (also very nice) working at a different food cart, I was able to get the sauces and a little extra lamb to make up for my pains. Thank you both so much. The kind service means just as much as delicious food. I will be coming to this Hamza & Medina from now on!

One of best Halal food trucks in Queens! I get the combo chicken and gyro platter with the works. The food is tasty, I don’t recommend eating it for lunch because it will put you in a food coma. The portions are huge and it’s dirt cheap.
