This place was definitely worth our 45 minute drive! Ample parking in the garage. Make sure to get your ticket validated. They are located on level 3. We got there right before the lunch rush so we got super lucky! Very nice staff and great atmosphere. We loved the food and can’t wait to go back again!

I frequent this restaurant alot with my friends, and Not once have I had a bad experience at this restaurant. Everything from the food, the staff and the atmosphere is just amazing. The food itself is very delicious, and it goes well with the melon soda. I can definitely say with confidence that I will keep coming to this restaurant for years to come, I have had many great memories here and it’s even the place where I had Ramen for the first time. The selection is diverse and the staff is always respectful and attentive, and the food is amazing. Shout out to the staff for granting one of the most hospitable experiences in restaurants.

Hana Ichi Monme in Japanese means, “Flowers for 1 Monme”. Monme, a small coin, containing 3.5g of Ag back in the Edo period from 1603-1868. It is also the name of a kid’s game much like our long gone “Red Rover”.

That was the worst spicy miso ramen I’ve ever had. I have no idea what broth that was. There were bits of udon noodles littered throughout the ramen and the “char siu” was thin sliced pork that is normally used in shabu shabu. I didn’t see seafood (small shrimp and tiny scallops) listed as one of the ingredients in the ramen I ordered, but it was in there too. The naruto (fish cake) was not nicely sliced, but instead randomly and coarsely chopped.

Don’t even bother coming here 40 min before closing! Literally got there and they are rushing us to order, saying it’s last call and closing early BEFORE the time of closing! Used to be a great dining experience! Terrible!!!
