It’s a small operation here, so the owner took our order and served us. Because of the small staff, it may take a minute to get your order. You serve yourself your own drinks of non-alcoholic (sodas and water). The atmosphere was fun, though it was a little untidy (we had a water mug that was dirty, and our table we were directed to still had a dish rag/ bucket on it).

Food is very good. In house made pasta, delicious ramen. Highly recommended.

Good authentic ramen in a casual setting. Service was prompt and attentive. Food came out very quickly. Staff was helpful in making sure we ordered appropriate amounts and avoiding allergens for our kids. Also had high chairs for kids. While the prices are high for ramen, it seems like a bargain compared to the prices at other restaurants in Park City. The cool noodle making machine is right by the front of the store.

Hidden little spot ran by a really passionate owner with a fire for making everything in house. The menu will always be rotating, so understand that as you go into it. I had the chance to Tori Paitan, Spicy Gyoza, and BGO. All were excellent, but the BGO was my favorite.

This place is like a personal love letter to ramen and Japanese food. You can tell the chef-owner’s attention to detail and care.

I love ramen and must thank the owner chef for an amazing dish. Hand-made noodles and the perfect broth.

My favorite bowl of ramen by a long shot. They cook the broth for 72 hours so it is super rich and delicious. My go-to order is a spicy tonkotsu with extra chashu and an egg if you have a hearty appetite. Tastes extra delicious on a cold rainy or snowy night. Very fancy in-house noodle making operation too – the chef has a ramen mentor in Japan. This place is legit.

This place is fantastic if you just want a great bowl of ramen. The atmosphere and location isn’t anything to write home about but I like these types of hidden gems that aren’t pretentious. They make they’re own noodles in house delicious!

The soups were pretty good, but they were out of classic shoyu, which is very weird for a ramen place. The employees are not very welcoming, since they were rushing us, even though the place was nearly empty. Spicy ramen was mediocre, definitely not the best we tried, but the black garlic ramen was pretty delicious. The crepe cake was weird, too superficial, but edible.

The broth for the ramen is a bit salty for me. It takes quite a while to get the ramen and the price is not cheap as well.
